Family Relationships Online is a key component in Government support for building better family relationships. It provides all families (whether together or separated) with information and advice about family relationship issues. Getting Married

The regulation of marriage celebrants in Australia is administered by the Attorney-General's Department. This section of their site has information on the Marriage Celebrants Program, ongoing professional development, forms for return of ceremonies performed and the Notice of Intended Marriage Form. Notice of Intended Marriage form
Section 42 of the Marriage Act 1961 requires that a marriage shall not be solemnizes unless a notice in writing of the intended marriage, in the prescribed form, is given to the authorized celebrant solemnizing the marriage. This page provides further information and links to a PDF of the form.
