Archives of Australia
The Archives of Australia network is a collaboration between the National Archives of Australia, the State and Territory archives, and a number of other Australian archive organisations. This site is a starting point for exploring many Australian archive-related sites and resources.
Australia-Japan Research Project - Home page
The Australia-Japan Research Project (AJRP) aims to provide a resource for historians and others interested in the Australia-Japan relationship, especially in war, from 1901 to 1957. The website contains a database of historic materials, several research essays and seminar papers, and various research aids, including glossaries and thesauri of geographical and military terms. The AJRP is a joint enterprise between the Australian War Memorial and the Japanese Embassy in Canberra

The Australian War Memorial commemorates the sacrifice of Australian men and women who have served in war, through its ceremonial areas, extensive exhibitions and research facilities.
Collections Australia Network
The Collections Australia Network (CAN) portal is intended to be the public gateway to collecting institutions across Australia including the small to medium regional institutions. Besides providing access to nationwide information on Australia's cultural heritage, members of the public can also access an individual institution's own CAN website to explore its specific content. CAN is an initiative of the Cultural Ministers Council.
National Archives of Australia (NAA)
The National Archives promotes good government recordkeeping and encourages community awareness and use of valuable Australian Government records in its care.
National Film and Sound Archive
The National Film and Sound Archive collects, preserves and shares Australia's film, video, television, stills and recorded sound from early history through to modern classics. The Archive was also known as ScreenSound Australia.
National Gallery of Australia (NGA)
The National Gallery of Australia is the premier art institution in Australia, providing access to works of art locally, nationally, and internationally. This site provides information about Australian Art, Aboriginal Art, Asian Art and International art including paintings, prints, barks, sculpture, photography, posters, textiles, illustrated books and decorative arts in the National Collection of the Commonwealth of Australia.
