Acts and Legislation Search - ComLaw
The ComLaw site provides a search facility for legal information. ComLaw contains Commonwealth Acts, as well as other documents such as Bills and Legislative Instruments (Regulations), in electronic form. ComLaw does not provide access to State Legislation or Commonwealth and State Case Law Databases. A Quick Reference Guide is available to guide you through the form and functions of the site.

SCALEplus
SCALEplus is a legal information retrieval system owned by the Australian Attorney-General's Department. A new legislative repository, known as ComLaw, will eventually replace SCALEplus. Most of the existing material in SCALEplus, including the historical databases, is being migrated to ComLaw in stages.
