Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC)
The aim of the Australian Air Force Cadets is to give cadets a foundation of RAAF knowledge and discipline; to develop their qualities of leadership, self-reliance and initiative; to develop their character and good citizenship in the widest sense; to develop in them an interest in the Royal Australian Air Force and aviation generally; to instill in them a knowledge of aviation history; and to encourage cadets to continue an active interest in aviation into their adult life.
Australian Army Cadets (AAC)
The aim of military training within the Australian Army Cadets is to develop an interest in the Army and its traditions; to encourage cadets to continue military or community service; to give cadets a foundation of military knowledge and discipline; and to develop the qualities of leadership, self-discipline, self-reliance and initiative.
Australian Command and Staff College (ACSC)
The Australian Command and Staff College (ACSC) is responsible for the conduct of the Australian Command and Staff Course, the Army Reserve Command and Staff Course, and the RAN Staff Acquaint Course. In preparation for these courses the ACSC conduct an Overseas Course Member Orientation Period (OCMOP), an ACSC Course Member Orientation Week and a Directing Staff Development Course (DSDC).
Australian Defence College (ADC)
Commencing 1 January 2001, a reorganised Australian Defence College (ADC) comprises three tri-service educational organisations. These are: the Centre for Defence and Strategic Studies (CDSS - formerly known as the Australian Defence College), the Australian Command and Staff College (ACSC) (both located at Weston Creek), and the Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA), located at Northcott Drive, Campbell.
Australian Defence Force Academy (ADFA)
The Australian Defence Force Academy is a unique institution which helps develop the future leaders of the Australian armed forces. It does so by providing Navy midshipmen and Army and Air Force officer cadets (cadets) with an education and training that is academically and militarily challenging.

Australian Navy Cadets (ANC)
The aim of the Australian Navy Corps training is to develop in members leadership, self-reliance, initiative and discipline; character, community spirit and good citizenship in the widest sense. It encourages knowledge, interest and skills in seamanship, the sea environs and maritime affairs; and knowledge and interest in the Navy and skills useful to the individual and the community in general.
Cadetnet (Australian Defence Force Cadets)
The Australian Defence Force Cadets (ADFC) is a community-based organisation made up of 25,000 youth and 2000 adult staff in more than 430 units throughout Australia. It aspires to be Australia's leading youth development organisation recognised by the community as developing youth with a sense of purpose, responsibility, respect of self and others, leadership ability and a commitment to voluntary service. The ADFC consists of four organisations: the Directorate of Defence Force Cadets (DDFC), the Australian Navy Cadets (ANC), the Australian Army Cadets (AAC) and the Australian Air Force Cadets (AAFC).
