Australian Fair Pay Commission
The Australian Fair Pay Commission sets and adjusts the federal minimum wage; minimum classification rates of pay in Australian Pay and Classification Scales; the federal minimum wage for juniors, trainees (including school-based apprentices) and employees with disabilities; minimum wages for piece workers; and casual loadings.
Award Review Taskforce
The Award Review Taskforce has been established by the Australian Government to examine and report to Government on two separate but related projects relevant to the Government's workplace relations reform agenda: the rationalisation of award wage and classification structures and the rationalisation of awards.

Remuneration Tribunal (RT)
The Remuneration Tribunal (RT) is the independent statutory body that handles the pay of key Commonwealth offices including judges and related offices; Senators and Members of Parliament (MPs); chief executive officers (CEOs) such as the heads of Departments; and other full-time and part-time public offices.
Seafarers Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Authority (Seacare)
The Seacare Authority's mission is to promote injury prevention, and high levels of occupational health and safety, compensation and rehabilitation and/or return-to-work performance in the maritime industry; and to monitor and respond to external factors impacting on the efficiency and effectiveness of the scheme.
Wage Assistance - Indigenous Employment Policy
The Wage Assistance Programme was established in 1999 as part of the Indigenous Employment Policy. It provides an incentive to employers to provide ongoing employment for eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander job seekers.
