Government Notices Gazette

The regular Government Notices Gazette is published each Wednesday and contains a range of notices including information about legislation, notices of Australian Government Departments, Courts notices, and other notices required under Commonwealth law.

Special Notices Gazette

The Special Notices Gazette normally contains a single notice, and may be published at any time. Special Notices Gazettes published during the week are republished at the end of the next regular Government Notices Gazette.

Periodic Notices Gazette

The Periodic Notices Gazette is published irregularly and may contain multiple notices relating to a specific subject area.

AusTender

The Australian Government's procurement information system, AusTender, provides centralised publication of Australian Government business opportunities, annual procurement plans, multi-use lists and contracts awarded.

Business Opportunities

For all Australian Government agencies under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997, all publicly available business opportunities are notified on AusTender. For relevant agencies under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, specific opportunities are notified on AusTender. Links to state and territory government business opportunities are also available on the AusTender website.

Contract Notices and Standing Offer Notices

Australian Government agencies under the Financial Management and Accountability Act 1997 are required to publish on AusTender standing offer arrangements as well as contracts with a value of $10,000 or more. Relevant agencies under the Commonwealth Authorities and Companies Act 1997, are required to publish on AusTender standing offer arrangements as well as contracts over $400,000 for procurements other than construction services or $9 million for construction services.

Formerly published as the NRA Gazette, the APVMA Gazette is published monthly by the Australian Pesticides & Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA).
