ANIMEX is the Australian Quarantine Inspection Service's (AQIS) live animal and reproductive material export conditions database.

Exporters must also make sure they comply with requirements of other regulatory or advisory bodies associated with exporting commodities, such as the Australian Customs Service and Environment Australia.

What if I need more information?

If ANIMEX does not contain information on a specific species, the export conditions may not be available or it may be a prohibited export.
