ASIC - Lodge company documents online

Service Description

You can use the Australian Securities and Investments Commission online lodgement service to check and change company details, review annual statements, invoices and other documents, lodge forms and receive email alerts.

ASIC provides FAQs on changing company details and has a client contact centre that you can phone on 1300 300 630. From overseas, +61 3 5177 3988.

If you need to talk with ASIC and have difficulty speaking or understanding English, you can call the Telephone Interpreter Service on 131 450 for the cost of a local call. They will call ASIC for you. The Telephone Interpreter Service operates nationally and provides a 24 hour a day, 7 days a week service for over 100 languages.

What is needed to use this service?

To use online lodgement service you must first register for access and create a user name and password. Officeholders will need their corporate key to register.
