You can search the free Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) registers for companies and people they register or licence, and other matters:
- company information,
- financial service providers,
- auditors or liquidators,
- unclaimed money
You can also purchase more detailed searches from online information brokers or from ASIC service centres.
