Child support interview service
Service Description
As part of the Child Support Agency (CSA) outreach program, CSA officers are available in NSW/ACT, Vic, Tas, WA, Qld and SA/NT to conduct face to face interviews with CSA customers.
To book an interview:
- call 131 272 (cost of a local call) and ask for the contact officer, or
- call a contact officer directly on the state/territory numbers above, or
- complete the Child support interview booking form.
What if I need more information?
Community information sessions are conducted by CSA, along with legal, financial and parenting groups within the community. These sessions focus on providing information about the child support scheme, and they aim to help parents examine their options and make choices on how they can both be responsible for the financial wellbeing of their children. These sessions are free and anyone is welcome.
Information sessions are divided into NSW/ACT, Vic, Tas, WA, Qld and SA/NT
Who can use this service?
Parents who have separated or are considering separation are able to use this service.
