Use the Child Support online estimator to calculate an estimate of your child support and family assistance payments. The estimator uses the most current rates to give you an indication of your payments. The Family Assistance Office (FAO) and the Child Support Agency (CSA) will determine your actual payments.

The online estimator allows you to estimate your:

• child support only
• family assistance only
• combined child support and family assistance.

To estimate your child support or family assistance payments after 1 July 2008, use the Child Support/FTB Estimator.

If you would like to discuss a change to your current payments or details please contact CSA on 131 272 to speak with a Customer Service Officer.

If you do not know the other parent's details, you won't be able to use this service. The Child Support Agency and Family Assistance Office cannot provide the other parent's details to you.
