Education programs at the Australian National Botanic Gardens

Service Description

Join educators at the Australian National Botanic Gardens on a 40 hectare outdoor living classroom for an array of hands-on engaging, curriculum-linked educational experiences. Students will have the unique experience of seeing native plants from four of Australia's major ecosystems within one easily accessible site. Around one third of Australia's plant species grow in the Gardens. No other botanic gardens in Australia can provide this learning experience.

Education programs are offered for students from pre-school to year 12 and can be adapted to suit different needs. Contact the Education Officer by phone, fax or email if you have any questions about the programs or wish to discuss changes.

Before proceeding with your booking, please ensure that you have already decided which education program you would like to participate in and that the selected program is appropriate for your group. Bookings should be made at least two weeks in advance.
