EXDOC - electronic export documentation

Service Description

EXDOC is the Department of Agriclture, Fisheries and Forestry's electronic export documentation system. It has been designed to electronically process notices of intention to export, and where required provide certification for meat, dairy, grain, horticulture, fish, skins and hides, wool and inedible meat products.

EXDOC can reduce the cost for certificates as well as place greater security, improved timeliness and a higher level of consistency in certification.

What if I need more information?

EXDOC is available to anyone who raises, processes or receives existing paper Notice of Intent to Export (NOIs), e.g. exporters, packers, processing establishments, independent cold stores, freight forwarders, agents, etc. and/or anyone who prepares sanitary or phytosanitary certificates, certificates as to condition and/or applications or declarations to statutory authorities

The EXDOC helpdesk provides support to all clients using the EXDOC system for the creation and processing of Requests For Permits (RFPs). The helpdesk is contactable 24 hours a day 7 days a week.

To raise, process or receive electronic export documents with DAFF you need to be registered with EXDOC.
