IP rights - eServices
Service Description
The eServices portal gives you access to the following transactions and services:
- Patent applications
- Trade Mark applications and TM Headstart service
- National Phase Entry requests
- Design applications
- Plant Breeder's Rights applications
- Multi-year patent renewals
- Patent examination requests.
To access eServices you will need to register with IP Australia. You will then be provided with a username and password which is linked to your customer reference number. The eServices portal provides built-in-checks, pre-populated fields and help text to assist you to complete each transaction.
