Service Description

Have your overseas qualifications, skills and experience recognised in Australia. The Australian Skills Recognition Information (ASRI) service can also assist with finding state-specific licensing and registration requirements to practice your occupation in Australia.

Search for your occupation using either the search bar or the A-Z list, then follow the links to find organisations that will help you obtain an assessment and find state/territory licensing and registration requirements.

Who can use this service?

ASRI is designed to assist migrants or potential migrants to Australia as well as any permanent residents who would like to use their overseas gained skills and qualifications to practice their occupation in an Australian state or territory.

What is needed to use this service?

You should have as much information as possible about your overseas skills and qualifications, including certificates, diplomas or degrees ideally with English translations.
