Service Description

Do you have any lost or unclaimed superannuation?

SuperSeeker searches the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) lost members register for any super you may have lost. You can search SuperSeeker online, by phone, or by completing a form and you will get the same results.

Searching using the form will take longer whereas searching online or by phone is quick and easy.

Your super fund will report you as a lost member if:

  • they have not been able to contact you;
  • they have not received any contributions or rollover amounts for you in the last five years; or
  • your account was transferred from another fund as a lost member account and no new address has been found.

Choose the Click to access button below to start your online SuperSeeker search.

What is needed to use this service?

When searching for your lost super, you will be requested to provide:

  • your Tax File Number,
  • family and given names, and
  • date of birth.

If there is a possible match, you will be given the name and contact details of the super fund that may have your lost super. You can then contact the fund to talk about what to do with your super benefits.
