National Review into Model OHS Laws

On 4 April 2008, the Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations announced a national review into model Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Laws. The panel has been asked to report to the Workplace Relations Ministers’ Council on the optimal structure and content of a model OHS act that is capable of being adopted in all jurisdictions.
